Do you cover my area?

We cover almost all postcodes across London. Call us on 020 3746 5594 to double-check if we can cover your particular area.

Do you work weekends/Nights/Holidays?

Yes, we do work 7 days a week, with no additional fees for the weekend labour. However we advise you to call is in advance for Saturday and Sunday appointments so that we can make a booking that fits your schedule. We can do emergency night cleaning if required for the same price as well.

Do I have to be at home when the cleaners arrive?

If you can't be in your property by the time the cleaning team arrives at you address just make sure you inform us in advance so we can arrange a key pick up from you, your office, your landlord etc. in order to access your property on time. However, be informed that it's highly recommended for you to be at your home by the time our cleaners have performed the service in order for you to get your keys back and inspect the property if necessary. You're always welcome to be on the site while the cleaning takes place if you wish so.

Do I need to provide cleaning materials?

Our cleaners provide their own chemicals and equipment. However, detergents of your preference can be used upon request. For the deep End of Tenancy cleaning service as well as the carpet and upholstery professional cleaning they are included in the price. For the deep one- off cleaning we advise you to supply your own cleaning materials since our cleaners travel with public transport. However if you are unable to do so we can arrange it for you for an additional price of only £13.

Can I meet the cleaner first?

In order for you to feel pleased with our services Bliing Cleaning London gives you the opportunity to meet your cleaner in advance at any time convenient for you no matter daytime, evening or weekend so you can discuss some details about your preferences.

Are your cleaners insured and vetted?

Our Cleaning staff consists of carefully selected, insured, vetted professionals with minimum of two recommendations and previous housekeeping experience. They have been thoroughly screened and have undergone a special training.

Can I book a replacement cleaner if my permanent cleaner is off?

We can definitely arrange a temporary cleaner to cover for your regular cleaner's absence.

Can I have the same cleaner performing the service every week?

Of course, most of our customers work a lot so they need a reliable person to count on . So once you feel absolutely comfortable with your cleaning maid you can leave your keys with her and not worry about being absent at the time of the cleaning.

Can I change my cleaner if I'm not satisfied with his work?

If there's any reason you want to change your current cleaner don't hesitate to call us on 020 3746 5594 and we will arrange an immediate replacement for you.

How long will it take before you find a cleaning maid for me?

Our assistants will do their best to find a professionally trained cleaner for you right away. In case you have some special requirements that we have to cover it will take us no more than 24 hours just to ensure your complete satisfaction of our service.

Do you perform ironing, washing and laundry services?

Yes, we can, it can all be included in your offer for our regular cleaning services. Just make sure you inform our operators when making the booking and they will proceed your request to our cleaners.

Can I cancel a booking without cancellation fees?

We apply a cancellation fee only if the service is cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled time or if the customer fails to provide accessto our team as previously arranged.

Do you charge for the job that is done or per hour?

Depending on the type of service you require we charge per hour or we have a fixed price for the whole service which should be paid in cash upon it's completion. For more information check out our price list or call 020 3746 5594 and we will give you an exact quotation.

Is there a minimum number of hours for a booking?

For our hourly based services there is a minimum of 2 hours for a weekly based services and a minimum of 3 hours for a fortnightly based services. For our One – off deep cleaning services of your entire property there is a minimum of 4 hours. Can I freeze my services free of charge while I'm away?

Of course, you can and you won't be charged for doing so. Just call our office 020 3746 5594 in advance so we can inform your cleaners about your absence.

Do I have to pay any fees on top of the quotation price?

There are no hidden fees on top of the quoted offer. What you get is the final prise for the service you require. However be advised that there might be some parking or congestion fees if you live in the congestion area in London. If our cleaners are provided with a free parking space you won't have to pay additional parking fee.

Do you need a deposit?

You don't have to pay any money in advance. Payment is to be made at the end of the cleaning, after you or your landlord have inspected the premise to see how the cleaners have performed the job. After you do so you can pay directly to our cleaners while they are still in your property. Payment is made in cash or with a registered cheque.

What type of equipment do you use?

For performing our professional carpet, upholstery and general home cleaning services we use only Prochem equipment, to guarantee a top quality performance. Our chemicals are environmentally friendly simply because Bliing Cleaning London values the importance of your health.

What are your working hours?

The earlier you book the better timing you get. On weekdays our appointments start at 8-8,30am and the latest cleaning we can do is around 5-6pm. On weekends our appointments start at 9am. However scheduling a cleaning appointment slightly earlier or later is not a problem for us since we are very flexible with hours.
